Directions from I-65

Take exit 74B for Old Hickory Blvd.

Take the first left onto Franklin Road

Turn right on Maryland Way (Maryland Way = Church Street) and drive 0.8 miles

Turn left at Westpark Dr into the Mere Bulles parking lot

Take an immediate right, 5205 is the building just past Mere Bulles

Enter through the front door (facing the parking lot) and use the stairs or elevator to arrive at the 2nd floor

There is a waiting room (first room on the right) when you enter the suite
