Lindsey Rose

Lindsey Rose works with individuals and couples facing emotional struggles, life transitions, or relationship issues. She is notably compassionate about walking alongside people recovering from a rock-bottom feeling, dealing with a lost sense of self or loneliness, desiring a change in their careers, or navigating a painful relationship to food or their bodies.

Lindsey brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, creating a space where you can pause, dig into what’s really going on, and start to trust yourself again. She incorporates techniques from Narrative Therapy and Family System Theories, which is therapy-speak for helping you reauthor the stories you’ve been told or the ones you tell yourself, all while zooming out to look at the bigger picture of your life, including family and community relationships—past, present, and future.

Lindsey had her own positive experiences with therapy and wants to pay it forward. Previously, she had a 15-year marketing and communications career. As a mood reader, she is often jumping between 3 or 4 books at a time. When she isn’t being a homebody with her nose in a book, she’s on an adventure trying out a new experience.

Lindsey is currently a marriage and family therapy graduate student intern at Belmont University under the supervision of Jeff Grossman. She also has undergraduate degrees in Organizational Communication and Global Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
